Cavan is the Chairman of Directors and founder of the CFG Group, he has 35 years experience in the Building and Coating industries. In 2008 Cavan was inducted in as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Sales, Marketing & Management, a market that the CFG Group has had a strong presence in for many years.

Chris was employed in March 2011 as Group General Manager. Chris has a BSc and post graduate diploma in science from Otago University and has a strong business background most recently as CEO of Otago Hockey.

Colin comes from a Logistics background and since his employment in 2004 he has worked in many areas of the CFG Group. Colin has played an important role in the coatings side of the business working as a Senior Manager. Recently Colin was appointed to the position of Financial & Logistics Manager.

Rhys has worked for CFG Coatings since 2001. Rhys is an Industrial Chemist who came to CFG from a Marine and Industrial coatings background. Rhys spearheads the Research & Development of the Supercoat range. Recently Rhys was appointed to the role of Manufacturing & Distribution Manager.

Dennis started with CFG in mid 2009. Dennis provides Technical support services to our clients. Dennis is a Registered Engineering Associate and has an NZCE (Mechanical), he is a full member of DANZ (Design Association of New Zealand) and has over 40 years experience in Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, Building                        Services, Steam, Hydraulic and Draughting.

Keith has worked for CFG Coatings since 2004. Keith comes from a building background and has a strong practical knowledge of the coatings manufacturing environment. Keith is the Manufacturing Foreman and controls all aspects of Production.
