Hebel Supercrete Blocks

The Hebel Supercrete Block Construction System uses site reinforced AAC Blocks to build solid masonry walls with excellent thermal and acoustic attributes. Hebel Supercrete Block walls require no additional lining as they easily exceed New Zealand Building Code insulation requirements. Hebel Supercrete Blocks can be used for internal and external walls, load-bearing walls and for multi-storey construction.

Hebel Supercrete Blocks are 550mm long by 200mm high and available in a range of thicknesses from 50mm through to 300mm. They are installed using Supercoat AAC Superbond Adhesive with finished joints being only 2mm to 3mm thick.

Hebel Supercrete Block walls are reinforced with vertical steel threaded rods installed after all the blocks are laid. Precast reinforced lintels are available in a range of sizes and thicknesses for openings up to 2400mm wide. A variety of high quality surface finish options are available with the use of the Supercoat Coating Systems. These coating systems been specifically formulated and Accredited by the New Zealand Governments Department of Building & Housing for use over AAC. Interior surfaces can be rendered, or plasterboard can be direct fixed to Block walls with glue and screws.
