This project used 150mm thick Hebel Supercrete vertical load bearing panels as the intertenancy wall partitions between hotel rooms. These panels lock together to form a bracing diaphragm which is calculated using Truss Analogy. Then, 200mm thick Hebel Supercrete Structural Floor Panels sit over these commercial wall panels on the second and third floor.

The Ocean Gateway Resort is 4 storey's high and stretches 140m along the waterfront of Tutukaka.
